Rental Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and possess the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales workers and sales clerks to achieve sales volumes and merchandise goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order merchandise and ensure timely delivery to meet customer demands.
  • Authorize return of merchandise and process returns efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve team goals.
