Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at BUILD RITE HOMES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions, and company policies.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Work Environment

The Human Resources Officer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Reliability and flexibility.
