Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mount Norquay. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of excellence in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
