Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our Engineering and Design team in a full-time capacity. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing accurate drawings and layouts for our clients and inspecting custom designed racking systems onsite.

Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create accurate drawings and layouts for clients using AutoCAD
  • Inspect custom designed racking systems onsite to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Installation teams to identify and troubleshoot design issues
Requirements
  • A post-secondary diploma in Civil Structural Architectural Drafting from an accredited educational institution
  • 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD to design selective/push-back/drive-in racking systems
  • Experience designing customized racking parts to fit various racking systems
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with personal vehicle to travel throughout BC
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
