Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at Wright 1 Care Inc. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative activities of our establishment, including delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegating tasks and managing office support staff
  • Establishing and maintaining work priorities and procedures
  • Coordinating and planning office services, such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Training and developing staff members
  • Overseeing and coordinating administrative procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Reliability and teamwork abilities
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
