Job Title: Chief Information Officer and Head of IT

About the Role:

The Dufresne Group is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our IT department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead all elements of IT, including technology, security, and data management.
  • Work with senior leadership to prioritize resources and develop a multi-year roadmap.
  • Oversee the security of our IT systems, data privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Champion IT involvement in our innovation efforts and experiment with new solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in IT, with a proven track record of motivating change and galvanizing action.
  • Experience in managing multiple locations and leading distributed work teams.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network communications, systems administration, databases, and phone systems.
  • A team player with outstanding technical skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.
