About the Role

GMO-Z BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Credit Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transaction Management: Process and verify financial transactions, including invoicing clients and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial processes and procedures.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues related to financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Financial Systems Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems, including computerized document management systems.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL, Python, Google Docs.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
