At Passage, we're on a mission to empower immigrants and international students to achieve their goals. As a Finance Operations Lead, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our finance and credit organization.

We're seeking a dynamic and innovative professional who can combine elements of finance, technology, and business planning to drive growth and sophistication in our finance and credit operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing efficient financial processes, working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies, and developing financial models and data-driven analyses to inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable financial processes that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, credit assessments, and data-driven analyses to inform key business decisions.
  • Serve as a bridge between the accounting and credit teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on all financial and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives that leverage technology to improve financial operations, whether through process automation, advanced analytics, or other cutting-edge approaches.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance operations, strategy, or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and experience with financial software and automation tools.
