Senior Manager, Finance, Credit Cards

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Finance, Credit Cards to join our team at Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to support the growth and success of our credit card business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, with a focus on credit card operations.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends.
