Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GSG EXPRESS TRANSPORT INC.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales, inventory control, and merchandising operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Assigning sales workers to duties effectively
- Selling merchandise through strategic marketing and promotional campaigns
- Preparing regular reports on sales volumes, personnel matters, and supply chain management
- Resolving customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing stock levels
- Coordinating activities of sales workers and providing guidance as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar position
- A strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A permanent employment arrangement
This is a full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week. The working language is English.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
