We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AJOC International Inc. in a General Office Clerk role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.



Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including report preparation and dissemination.

  • Respond to incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the filing system and supplies.

  • Use MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Excel to prepare reports and documents.


Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
