Leading Commercial Services Manager

About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our commercial capital programs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders to develop project plans, manage budgets, and oversee site evaluations and construction feasibility analysis.
With a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution, you'll analyze and evaluate different facility scenarios and build-out designs, leveraging your construction engineering, planning, and project management skills to drive business results. Your expertise will be essential in advising tenants and architecture firms, managing stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities- Owning and delivering commercial projects through the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborating with working groups, leading design and construction meetings, and overseeing site development and construction practices.
- Working closely with business partners to understand their vision and provide support in bringing it to life.
- Defining and developing scope, deliverables, work plan, budget, and timing for new commercial initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum three years' management experience, including technical leadership skills for problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Five years' recent, related experience in a project management role, preferably in a capital project environment, while being responsible through the project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
- Excellent program and project management skills, including cost analysis and product design methods.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot, process, change, and improve design and equipment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,640 to $144,670 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour work week, as well as an annual bonus target at 15% of your annual salary.
