About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Newmarket, part of Zanchin Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell vehicles to achieve volume and gross profit targets
  • Act as the liaison between the dealership and the customer during the vehicle purchasing process
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches
  • Listen to customers to understand their vehicle needs and wants
  • Present and describe vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing
  • Perform vehicle road test-drives with customers to demonstrate the vehicles
Requirements
  • Luxury automotive sales experience required
  • 1 to 3 years proven experience as a successful sales professional; automotive and/or dealership experience required
  • Experience in customer service and the ability to have meaningful conversations
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g. CDK/Reynolds)
  • Proficiency working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (e.g. OneEighty, DealerTrack)
  • OMVIC license in good standing
  • Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to communicate confidently and professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Proven commitment to quality of work
