We're seeking a driven sales professional to join our team at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING. As a Sales Representative, you'll be out in the local area, meeting with potential residential and commercial customers who have requested our service. Your role is to convert these opportunities into new sales and customers.

About the Role
  • Conduct site visits and greet customers with a smile
  • Discuss their painting project and provide accurate estimates
  • Communicate the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING and book the work in our schedules
  • Network and prospect new potential customers
  • Increase brand awareness and promote our unique service

We provide complete training on the customer experience and the technology and estimating tools needed to do a great job. You'll be joining a great team and business that's disrupting the painting industry by offering customers exceptional quality work in a timeline that's unexpected.

About You
  • 2+ years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and/or commercial customers in the painting, construction/renovation industry or other home service industry
  • A passion for success & track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • A strong communicator – able to sell the value of WOW 1 DAY PAINTING
  • A good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer
  • Driven, reliable and hold yourself accountable to results
  • A team player that likes to see others succeed
  • Friendly and able to build rapport quickly
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record
