Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Canada Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. They will also contact tradespersons for major repairs and perform minor repairs on appliances.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performing other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. They will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be dependable, flexible, and have good initiative and judgement. They will also be required to pass a series of screening questions, including availability for the advertised start date, legal ability to work in Canada, and residency in proximity to the advertised location.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a health care plan and financial benefits as per collective agreement. The work term is permanent, with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
