Health and Safety Manager

Central Protection Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in health and safety, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
