Health and Safety Manager

At Central Protection Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and clients. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies
- Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures
- Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, and will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. occupational health and safety, environmental science)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a health and safety role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
