Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
