Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
