Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient support and ensuring seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects and cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Adhere to company processes and protocols, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, as well as compliance programs.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, and patient follow-up.
  • Implement market research initiatives with physicians, patients, and healthcare professionals, focusing on pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related topics.
  • Document all activities in program-specific databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge in areas such as case management, patient support, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Requires a broad education in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer sciences, typically obtained through a two-year associate's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset, with the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
