About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Market Developer to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our Barista Team, you will be responsible for establishing Oatly Barista Edition as the leading dairy-free alternative in the Vancouver coffee channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to promote Oatly Barista Edition within the Vancouver coffee scene.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with coffee shop owners, baristas, and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness and trial experiences.
  • Utilize your network of influential individuals to advocate for Oatly and embody our brand values.
  • Collaborate with the Barista Team Lead for North America to achieve sales and market growth targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry with a proven track record of commercial success.
  • Deep understanding of the Vancouver coffee landscape, including emerging trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with coffee shop owners and baristas.
  • Alignment with Oatly's mission of sustainability, nutritional health, and trust.
  • Ability to thrive in an unconventional work structure, demonstrating a proactive approach and comfort with ambiguity.
