Barista Market Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Barista Market Developer to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Barista Team, you will be responsible for establishing Oatly Barista Edition as the leading dairy-free alternative in Toronto's coffee channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive brand awareness and trial experiences for Oatly Barista Edition in Toronto's coffee scene.
- Cultivate strong relationships with coffee shop owners, baristas, and other stakeholders to promote Oatly's products and values.
- Champion Oatly's prominence by partnering with influential accounts and promoting sustainability's impact on the coffee industry.
- Curate and execute engaging coffee events to foster community bonding and highlight sustainability.
- Assist with larger activations across Toronto and serve as an ambassador for the brand.
- Proven experience in the specialty coffee industry with commercial experience.
- Deep understanding of Toronto's coffee landscape and emerging trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and promote Oatly's values.
- Alignment with Oatly's mission of sustainability, nutritional health, and trust.
- Ability to thrive in an unconventional work structure and adapt to changing priorities.
