Job Title: Restaurant Operations Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at OM SHIVAY SAI ENTERPRISE INC. BarBurrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire food service staff
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
