Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of more than 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. However, you will also have the opportunity to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
