About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Products Processing Foreman/Woman to join our team at Vito Dairy. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy processing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions, to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet production demands.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to support production needs.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the dairy industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Criminal record check required.
