Dairy Products Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Products Supervisor to join our team at Vito Dairy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise production staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Recommend personnel actions, such as hiring and promotions, to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Prepare production reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and schedule activities of production staff, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- 40-50 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
