Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Products Supervisor to join our team at Vito Dairy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to dairy products and equipment. The work schedule will be 40-50 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
