About the Role

Vito Dairy is seeking a highly skilled Dairy Products Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dairy products processing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
