Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
