Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of team members to ensure the successful operation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team and ensuring optimal team member coverage.
- Work various positions during busy periods to maintain optimal service levels.
- Ensure all restaurant policies are followed during the shift.
- Comply with and enforce all Tim Hortons Operational, Always Fresh and Food Safety standards.
- Display a "Guests are first" attitude and lead as an example to make sure we deliver an exceptional guest service as a team.
- Help the Restaurant Manager control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation.
- Help solve operational and service issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, preferably Tim Hortons.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Be guest service oriented and committed to deliver exceptional guest experience.
