Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. The role will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
