Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the success of the restaurant.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding work conditions.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
