River Ridge II Retirement Residence is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to support our facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, and cleaning.
- Perform duties related to building and grounds maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions to resident care and normal business functions.
- Self-regulate and work independently, with the ability to cooperate with others as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
Requirements:
