Service Lot Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department and service lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain the service parking lot, ensuring vehicles are properly aligned and accessible.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transport clients to and from destinations using our dealership shuttle, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up, including washing and detailing as needed.
  • Catalogue and store keys, maintaining a secure and organized system.
  • Perform daily inspections of the lot to ensure security and cleanliness, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Ensure the lot is free from litter and debris, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Clean and remove garbage from the shop as required, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain walkway accessibility in inclement weather, prioritizing customer safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
