Service Lot Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Lot Attendant to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a Service Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department and service lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and arrange vehicles in the service parking lot to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Transport clients to and from destinations using our dealership shuttle, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and pick up, including washing and cleaning as needed.
  • Catalogue and store keys securely to prevent loss or misplacement.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the lot to identify and address any security or cleanliness issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the removal of garbage and debris.
  • Assist with shuttle driver duties, valet parking, and other tasks as assigned to support the sales team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.
