Job Title: Sales Lot Attendant

Volkswagen Villa is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Lot Attendant to join their team.

Job Summary

The Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of new and pre-owned vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, and ensuring the safe transportation of demonstrator vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify vehicle serial numbers and inspect vehicles for damage and verify accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Assign stock control numbers to cards and receive and release inventory from Transport Companies.
  • Ensure licensing is dropped off and picked up from the local Ministry of Transportation Office.
  • Pick up and/or drop off sold units as requested and assist with the preparation for vehicles delivery.
  • Catalogue and store keys and perform daily inspection of lot for unlocked vehicles and lot security.
  • Maintain the showroom vehicles and demos for cleanliness and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris.
  • Ensure demonstrator vehicles are fueled and parked properly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license
  • Clear Driver's Abstract
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Good judgement and ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
