Job Summary

The AWIN Group of Dealerships is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Lot Attendant to join their team. As a Sales Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt and storage of new and pre-owned vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the receipt of new and pre-owned vehicles, including inspecting vehicles for damage and verifying accessories listed on the invoice.
  • Assign stock control numbers to vehicles and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Receive and release inventory from transport companies, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Perform daily inspections of the lot to ensure security and organization.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's showroom and demo vehicles.
  • Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery, including fueling and parking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G driver's license.
  • Clear driver's abstract.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Good judgment and ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Manual transmission driving experience.

  • Knowledge of dealership operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
