Job Title: Head Chef
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Frontier Dining. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers.
- Lead and train our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop our culinary team.
