Job Title: Senior CRM Analyst

Thompson Rivers University is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Systems department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to CRM Analysts, co-op students, work-study students, and external contractors.
  • Develop and implement system administration strategies for CRM and other core enterprise systems.
  • Design and implement integrations between CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead research, evaluation, and prototyping of new and innovative technologies.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, system documentation, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline, plus a 1-year related certificate.
  • Seven years of recent and related experience involving enterprise class CRM solutions, including API development and systems integration.
  • Extensive knowledge and skill in CRM software, reporting and business intelligence tools, data analysis, and software development.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, plan and organize work, lead teams, and exercise independent action.
Working Conditions:
  • Sitting at a desk and computer for long periods of time.
  • Visiting client locations.
  • General office conditions.
