We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to Independent Financial Advisors through World Financial Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training to advisors on our products, services, software, and applications.
- Initiate phone contact with advisors to build relationships and expand existing ones.
- Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Directors to execute a marketing and sales plan for the region.
- Use your knowledge of our products and industry to increase sales and onboard new business.
- Create presentations using PowerPoint software and Zoom.
- Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional manner.
- Attend events, webinars, and office trainings during evening and weekend hours as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to handle a variety of advisors professionally.
- Ability to influence and motivate.
- Superior organization and planning skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Experience with WFG is an asset.
- Bilingual is an asset.
- CFP and/or LLQP is an asset.
