About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication plans, recruiting and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and managing event logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to support event planning and execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure that events are delivered within budget.
  • Research and design special events programs to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in event planning and management is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
