Customer Support Role

At Westburne, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Ottawa. As the Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers by assisting with product inquiries, maintaining the customer database, and receiving and processing orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and field sales representatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support sales initiatives and enhance customer experiences by building brand recognition

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior inside sales experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge
  • Valid driver's license
