Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at MTC Auto Sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Process sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce systems, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Greet customers and discuss their shopping needs, providing personalized service and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and reporting purposes.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring it is accurately priced and presented.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
