Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient inventory management.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, including product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Process sales transactions through our Internet-based electronic commerce system, ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Greet customers and discuss their requirements, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and analysis.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring it is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
