  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.

Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in retail management or a related field.
