Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Jardin Scarpro Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, evaluating performance, and planning for future growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective management of the retail store.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and drive business growth.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in retail management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
