We are seeking a highly skilled Revit & BIM Technical Specialist to join our team at Graitec Canada. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and implementation of our StrucSoft product line.
Key Responsibilities- Provide pre-sales support through demonstrations, product meetings, and early discussions with customers and prospects.
- Offer post-sales support through training, consultancy, and support services to ensure successful implementation of our product line.
- Collaborate with the development team to support product development, including functionality, future requests, and customer feedback.
- Minimum 2 years of experience drafting in the construction, architectural, or engineering industries using Revit.
- Knowledge and experience with other Autodesk software, such as Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone, and written communication skills.
- Strong French and English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in light steel, light wood framing design, offsite construction design, or similar relevant experience.
- Experience delivering high-level customer service.
- Basic understanding of construction methods and documentation.
