We are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales and Marketing to drive our growth and enhance our market presence.

Position Overview: The Vice President of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing strategies and business plans both for our real estate projects and for our corporate brands, while managing and growing an energetic and innovative team of professionals under his or her direct responsibility. This role requires a dynamic and thoughtful leader with a deep understanding of the real estate economy and of our regional B.C. marketplace. This role demands a seasoned professional with a track record of driving sales performance, a passion for creating and growing brands, and an aptitude for identifying and nurturing a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop comprehensive Project sales and marketing strategies.
    • Create Corporate brand strategies for the continued growth of the Townline, TL Housing Solutions and Townline Construction brands.
    • Sit on the Townline Executive Leadership Team and contribute to the thought-leadership of Townline and our associated business units.
    • Foster a high-performance Sales and Marketing culture.
  • Customer Centricity
    • Obsess over customer fulfillment and retention, and put our customers at the heart of all we do.
    • Assist our Customer Care team in continuing and evolving the positive-experience of our customers.
  • Sales Strategy and Management:
    • Develop Project Sales and Leasing strategies to fulfill the revenue objectives of the organization.
    • Oversee the implementation and execution of the Project Sales and Leasing Strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to set annual sales and leasing targets and marketing objectives.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Marketing Strategy and Management:
    • Develop Project marketing strategies to support the sales and leasing objectives of the organization.
    • Oversee your team's bold and creative implementation of the Project Marketing Strategies.
    • Seek and embrace innovation – both in the way we promote our corporate brands and in the way we attract and retain customers.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Oversee the Market Analysis function, ensuring that we have market-leading insight and data collection.
    • Ensure that our Executive Leadership team is kept informed of market economics/conditions.
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Develop and manage the Project and Corporate sales and marketing budgets, ensuring the effective and efficient allocation of resources.
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Brand Champion:
    • Passionately pursue the elevation of our corporate brands.
    • Embrace creativity and innovation in the creation of project brands.
    • Be a modern marketer, open to new ideas and approaches whilst integrating your valuable industry-specific knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with a concentration in Sales.
  • BCFSA Licensed Managing Broker
  • Strong understanding of the BC real estate market and local regulatory environment.
  • Experience across all multi-family construction classifications, in both rental and strata ownership
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth.
