Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at SPARKLEX TECHNOLOGIES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, overseeing the classification and rating of occupations, and developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget and Expenditure Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Occupation Classification and Rating: Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate representation of job roles.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Employee Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Report Preparation: Oversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Staff Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervision

The Human Resources Manager will supervise 3-4 people and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
