Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Stafflink. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our leadership team to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business results.
  2. Talent Management: Collaborate with our talent management team to design and implement effective talent development programs that align with our business objectives.
  3. Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
  4. Organizational Design: Work with our leadership team to design and implement organizational structures that support our business goals and objectives.
  5. HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  6. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems that drive business results and support employee growth and development.
  7. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to our leadership team to enhance their HR skills and knowledge.
  8. Communication: Serve as a key communication channel between our HR department and our leadership team, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are clearly understood and implemented.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution.
  2. Designation: CHRL designation or equivalent practical experience.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience.
  4. Skills: Profound understanding of collective agreements and relevant HR legislation, strong team player with exceptional leadership skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Language: Bilingualism is an asset.
